Walt Disney Screencaps - The Walt Disney Castle

Look at this gorgeousness! That castle is shimmering like my grandma’s best Sunday hat. Disney done did it again, bless their hearts! Check out this visual feast for the eyes:

The iconic Walt Disney castle shimmering with magic and wonder. Now, to keep that magic flowing, we gonna whip up somethin’ real special. We gonna make some Mickey Mouse Clubhouse-worthy cookies. Trust me, even Goofy would be proud of these!

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Red, yellow, and black food coloring
  • Royal icing (for decorating)

Instructions:

  1. First things first, preheat that oven to 375°F (190°C). We need that heat just right.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. You gotta work it, baby!
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. We want that vanilla flavor bussin’.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Make sure it’s all mixed real good.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Don’t overmix, y’all!
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips. We need that chocolatey goodness!
  7. Now, divide the dough into three equal portions. Tint one portion red, one yellow, and leave one black. This is where the Mickey Mouse magic happens!
  8. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and use Mickey Mouse cookie cutters to cut out shapes. If you ain’t got Mickey, any fun shape will do!
  9. Place the cookies on ungreased baking sheets, leaving some space between them.
  10. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Don’t let ’em burn!
  11. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  12. Once the cookies are completely cool, decorate them with royal icing. Use red, yellow, and black icing to create Mickey Mouse’s iconic colors and features. Get creative, y’all!

And there you have it! Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cookies, just like magic! These are perfect for a movie night, a birthday party, or just because you feel like bringin’ some Disney joy into your life. Go on and enjoy, family!
