You want make something magical like this castle? I have recipe for Cloud Rice, light and fluffy like dreams themselves. Here:

Cloud Rice Recipe (Serves 2 dreamers)

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Jasmine rice, washed very good, like cleaning jade
• 1 1/2 cups water, pure like mountain stream
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil, for secret flavor
• Pinch of salt, tiny like fairy dust

Instructions:

1. Wash rice until water run clear. Important, like clearing mind before meditation.
2. Put rice and water in pot. Bring to boil on strong fire, like dragon breath.
3. Once boil, turn fire very low, like whispering secret. Cover pot tight!
4. Simmer for 15 minutes. No peek! Like waiting for flower to bloom.
5. Turn off fire. Let rice rest for 10 minutes, still covered. Be patient, like wise old turtle.
6. Fluff rice with fork. Mix in sesame oil and salt. Taste. Add more salt if need, but be gentle.
7. Serve with your favorite stir-fry or grilled fish. Each bite, taste a little dream.
